By accessing or using ClipRip.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. Your continued use of ClipRip constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms and any future modifications.

Description of Service

ClipRip is a free, web-based tool that allows users to download publicly available video and audio content from supported platforms by providing a URL. The service processes media server-side and provides the output file for download.

ClipRip does not host, store, or distribute content. Temporary files created during processing are automatically deleted within 15 minutes.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use ClipRip only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to download any content you access through our service.

You agree not to:

  • Download copyrighted content without permission from the rights holder
  • Use the service for any illegal activity
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the service
  • Use automated tools or bots to make bulk requests
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service

Intellectual Property

ClipRip does not claim ownership of any content downloaded through the service. All content remains the property of its respective owners.

The ClipRip name, logo, website design, and underlying code are the intellectual property of ClipRip and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

ClipRip is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClipRip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Download availability depends on third-party platform APIs and may change without notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

ClipRip makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that downloaded files will be free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to ClipRip for any user who violates these terms, abuses the service, or engages in activity that disrupts the service for others. This includes but is not limited to IP-based blocking and rate limit enforcement.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of ClipRip shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of ClipRip after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
